In this role, you won't just follow a script; you will have the influence to shape your domain and the ownership to see your ideas through to execution.</span></p><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-9546b613-7fff-f9d7-8dde-0ff0a40a9741">What you’ll do</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-9546b613-7fff-f9d7-8dde-0ff0a40a9741">Own the AI capability build: </strong>Lead the design and delivery of an AI learning programme across all functions—assessing current literacy, identifying priority gaps, building the curriculum, and rolling it out through workshops, resources, and self-serve content on Sana.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-9546b613-7fff-f9d7-8dde-0ff0a40a9741">Consult before you design: </strong>Work closely with People Business Partners, senior stakeholders, and the Director of People &amp; Organisation to diagnose the real learning needs before building anything.
