What does your everyday life include?

As an HR Coordinator, you are a key part of Tempur's HR team and are involved in ensuring that everyday HR processes run smoothly. Your role will combine administrative tasks in HR, supporting payroll calculation and working with HR systems.

In everyday life, you will be responsible for supporting the employment lifecycle, from employment contracts and orientation to the maintenance of personnel data and the management of absences. Your working days can be spent on things like finalizing employment contracts and coordinating onboarding, checking payroll data before payroll, or updating and quality assurance Workday data. In addition, you will participate in supporting recruitment processes, e.g. by being responsible for coordinating the process and promoting a positive candidate experience.
