Approvals Specialist

Do you have experience in helping business customers on a daily basis and an interest in preserving the cultural legacy of the Moomin brand?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Approvals team as an Approvals Specialist. The Approvals Team is responsible for approving products and designs created by our licensees worldwide. In this role, you will ensure that Moomin products and materials meet quality standards and brand values while maintaining excellent communication with global clients.

What you will be doing:Approve and give feedback on designs and product samples according to our guidelines, ensuring they meet the required standards.

Provide quick and efficient customer service and guidance to our licensees, especially designers, with a positive and professional approach.

Work closely with designers (prior experience working with creatives and/or software used in creative industries is a plus).

What we are looking for:Minimum 1-year experience in customer service with proven problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a keen visual eye.

Fluent in English and Finnish (both spoken and written). Swedish is a plus.

Experience or understanding of creative industries or product development.

Experience in working in a global team and with international customers.

Persistence and patience - approvals can sometimes be repetitive, requiring focus and dedication.

Please note that this is an on-site full-time position based in our Helsinki office (minimum 4 days in the office with one remote day per week).
