Responsibilities

• As a Cell Lead / Lead Developer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our projects create real value for our customers. You'll combine hands-on understanding of software development with project leadership and customer collaboration. In this role, you'll help teams succeed by maintaining the big picture while supporting daily project execution and long-term customer relationships.
• Your responsibilities include: Daily project management and coordination
• Understanding customer needs and helping shape suitable solutions
• Planning and prioritizing work together with the team
• Maintaining visibility into project scope, schedules and budgets
• Ensuring high quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing customer relationships and acting as the main point of contact
• Supporting and guiding project teams, typically consisting of 1-5 people
• Leading several smaller projects simultaneously or combining lead responsibilities with hands-on development work in larger projects
• Supporting invoicing and other project-related administrative responsibilities
• You'll work closely with customers operating in industries such as manufacturing, energy, process industry and mobile machinery. Our projects vary greatly, offering opportunities to work with different technologies, customer environments and business challenges.
