This position reports to: Finance Manager
We are looking for a skilled and driven Project Controller to join our Motion High Power division. In this role, you will take ownership of the financial aspects of international projects and act as a trusted business partner across the organization. You will play a key role in driving project performance, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to best practices, strengthen governance, and support the long-term growth and competitiveness of the business.
Your Responsibilities
As a Project Controller, you will:
Coordinating regular project reviews and follow-ups.
Monitoring and optimizing ongoing project cost control status, cash flow, revenues, profit, gross margin.
Act as a trusted business partner to Project Managers, supporting in financial and commercial matters
Helping to identify opportunities and risks, monitoring mitigation actions to ensure timely implementation.
Support project planning and execution by contributing to cost reports, monthly project reviews, and promoting commercial awareness within the team
Your Background
Proven experience in project controlling, Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance or other related discipline.
Understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and project accounting
Experience working with SAP
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills in Swedish & English, with the ability to collaborate across functions
