We at Perido are now looking for an experienced Global Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our client, an exciting and forward-thinking company in the automotive industry. You will be part of a collaborative and agile team at a global headquarters in Gothenburg and report to the Head of Global Fleet Operations. The company offers a hybrid working model that promotes both flexibility and teamwork.
Your daily tasks
As Global Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting and optimizing fleet sales operations across global markets. Working closely with colleagues within operations, finance, and digital development, you will help ensure smooth processes, high-quality support, and continuous improvements across systems and workflows.
Main responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include a broad range of operational and coordination tasks, such as:
Providing daily operational support to global markets regarding fleet sales processes and systems
Managing and resolving support cases related to orders, systems, and operational questions
Collaborating with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and digital teams
Supporting system improvements and contributing to the implementation of new digital solutions
Assisting with updates of training materials, process documentation, and internal instructions
Monitoring and reviewing processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and SOX requirements
Supporting the administration and renewal of customer agreements and legal documentation
Participating in the rollout of digital contract management solution
