We are now looking for a visionary and business-driven Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and transform our global Talent Acquisition function. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AFRY attracts, engages and hires top talent across international markets while building a world-class recruitment organization that enables our long-term business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • As Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the overall direction, performance and development of AFRY’s global Talent Acquisition organization. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead global teams and partners to ensure high-quality delivery, operational excellence and strong alignment with business needs.
  • You will play a critical role in strengthening AFRY’s position as an employer of choice, while driving a modern, data-driven and scalable Talent Acquisition agenda globally.
  • Your key responsibilities
  • Define and implement AFRY’s global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and the People & Culture agenda.
  • Lead and develop a global Talent Acquisition organization consisting of professionals and leaders across multiple markets.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, scalable delivery models and smart use of recruitment technology.
  • Elevate the candidate’s experience and strengthen AFRY’s employer brand in close collaboration with the Employer Branding Lead.
