In this role, you will:

Step into a technical engineering role as either a Process Engineer or Product Integration Engineer

Join a structured 6-month training program combining theory, practice, and mentorship

Receive foundational training in MEMS, engineering, and process integration

Work hands-on as an engineer in Silex’s advanced production environment

Participate in external training for personal development.

Have the opportunity to apply to the Silex US Transfer Program, which is linked to Silex’s strategy to grow and establish additional MEMS manufacturing capacity in the United States

We are looking for someone who has:

A Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g. nanotechnology, materials, chemistry, physics, mechanical engineering)

Fluent English; Swedish is a plus

A strong interest in high-tech manufacturing and MEMS

A curiosity about and motivation to contribute to Silex’s future growth in the US with the ambition and willingness to relocate to the US when the opportunities arise in the near future.

Career path after the program

After successfully completing the Accelerate Program, you will continue into a permanent engineering role at Silex. You will thereafter also have the opportunity to apply for the Silex US Transfer program.
