About the Role
At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development. About the Role You will play a key role in bringing ADAS and automated driving functions to the European market. In this position, you work where engineering, safety, and regulation meet, helping shape function design, validation strategies, and homologation outcomes across the product lifecycle. You will be part of an automotive environment focused on intelligent drive, with close collaboration across development, safety, and approval stakeholders. The role suits you if you enjoy turning complex regulations into clear technical direction and want to influence how advanced driver assistance functions are designed, verified, and approved. It is an exciting opportunity to work with future-facing ADAS technology in a technically complex and highly regulated domain. Job DescriptionYou interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements for ADAS development teams. You guide the design and evolution of ADAS functions and features to support compliance throughout the product lifecycle. You review verification and validation strategies, including KPI definitions and assessments, in line with regulatory and safety expectations. You lead and support homologation activities, including technical documentation, approval dossiers, and on-site support during homologation testing with approval authorities. You monitor developments within UNECE, EU regulations, and other ADAS- and ADS-related frameworks, and assess how changes affect roadmaps and design decisions. You collaborate with engineering and safety stakeholders to make regulatory expectations actionable in daily development work. Req
