The work

At IQM, we are building cutting-edge quantum computers and shaping the future of computing. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening and continuously developing our quality management system in a fast-evolving high-tech environment.

In this role, you will enable continuous improvement across IQM's operations, with a focus on product and service quality, customer-perceived quality, and internal process efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and service functions to drive impactful quality initiatives and ensure scalable, high-quality operations as we grow.

What you'll actually do Develop and improve nonconformity management processes and tools, enabling cross-functional teams to consistently identify, investigate, and resolve nonconformities

Lead quality improvement initiatives and facilitate root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and effectiveness verification

Support customer complaint analysis and supplier reclamations together with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and service teams

Define, monitor, and analyse quality KPIs and prepare quality reports for leadership
