Medior/Senior Developer - Ad Manager, B2B Digital Growth (Sanoma)

We're looking for an enthusiastic Medior/Senior Developer to help shape the future of digital growth in Sanoma's B2B Digital Growth Domain.
As a Developer, you'll join Sanoma B2B's Software Engineering Competence and work in the AdManager Team, where we modernize and build digital advertising products and services using modern front-end and back-end technologies. You'll be part of agile, customer-centric, cross-functional teams composed of professionals with complementary skills and shared goals, led by a Team Lead.
We drive and deliver digital advertising across all Sanoma media brands (e.g. Ilta-Sanomat, Helsingin Sanomat, Ruutu, Aamulehti, Supla ) using our tech stack. We also manage numerous integrations with advertising partners and data platforms to meet business-specific needs.
You'll collaborate closely with Digital Business, Ad Operations (Ad-Ops), Data Science, Data Platform, News and Delivery Platforms, and other Software Development Teams across Sanoma's Media Units.
Responsibilities
- You'll primarily focus on front-end development, while also contributing to back-end and API development using our SaaS applications and development/AI tools to improve and build new services within AdManager. AdManager is widely used by businesses across Finland to buy advertising across the Sanoma Network.
Requirements
- Must-Haves: 7-8+ years of experience in software development
- Strong expertise in modern front-end development using TypeScript/JavaScript (we use Vue.js)
- A team player who elevates others through code reviews, mentoring, and sharing best practices
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- AI-forward mindset and eagerness to incorporate AI tools into your daily work
