Project Delivery Manager at atNorth

As a Delivery Project Manager, you will manage end-to-end delivery of data centre construction projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure projects meet rigorous standards and align seamlessly with operational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral

Manage data centre construction projects from initiation through handover to Operations.

Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership (Director of Delivery, CDO, Development Board).

Collaborate with and develop relationships with municipalities and governmental agencies.

Foster collaboration with internal teams (Operations, Commercial, Sales, Bid) for smooth project integration.

Schedule Management

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, identify critical paths, and mitigate risks proactively.

Ensure timely delivery of all atNorth construction projects.

Prepare decision-gate approval documents in line wit
