Incoming & Outgoing Quality Control

About this role

Responsibilities

• Responsible for finished goods dispatch management, dispatch inspections, maintenance of dispatch ledgers, and preparation of dispatch Certificates of Analysis (COAs);
• Responsible for uploading and maintaining data in the client-side system;
• Responsible for on-site quality management within the warehouse, identifying risks and driving improvements.
• Responsible for incoming raw material inspections and the management of incoming material data;
• Qualifications & Experience requirements:
• Understanding of quality management requirements;
• At least 1 year of experience from a similar role;
• Familiarity with inspection procedures;
• Proficiency in Microsoft software;
• Good Finnish and English skills are required, other language skills considered to be an asset. Our company language is English.
