Your key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the high technical quality of our Angular-based front-end. In this role, you will develop a state-of-the-art interface using the Kempower design system and the latest tools to ensure an optimal user experience. You'll also be an integral part of our end-to-end development team, working closely with the front-end platform team to align strategies and enhance collaborative efforts across our product development.</span></p><div><p><span>Kempower’s stack includes TypeScript, Angular, HTML, SCSS and RxJS.</span></p></div><div><p><span><strong>ROLE SPECIFICS:</strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Taking ownership of the functional and technical performance of specific cloud software services, components, and product areas</span></p></li><li><p><span>Implementing modern UI/UX best practices and optimizing web applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability</span></p></li><li><p><span>Applying agile software development and DevOps practices to continuously deliver value to users and customers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working closely with the design team to develop and maintain a coherent, user-friendly design system and related frontend components, while supporting evolving stakeholder and user needs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating with customers, stakeholders, product management, designers, and the development team to identify user needs, validate technical solutions, and plan new features aligned with business goals</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mentoring and supporting junior team members and contributing to the team’s overall growth and knowledge sharing</span></p></li></ul></div><div><div><p><span>At Kempower, we work in a hybrid model. The whole Cloud software &amp; data team meets in Lahti approximately once a month but would encourage the selected candidate to visit the office and meet the team members more often. We also have offices in Tampere, Helsinki and Vaasa.
