Skeleton Technologies is looking for a hands-on
HR Assistant (Summer Trainee) to support our HR operations at our Varkaus factory. This is a fixed-term summer position, running until mid-August.
The HR Assistant supports the HR team in daily HR operations and works closely with employees, line managers, and other support functions.
Key tasks:
Assisting with employment-related matters
Updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems
Supporting the verification and monitoring of hourly employees' working hours
Maintaining HR documentation in systems and collecting payroll-related materials to be submitted to the outsourced payroll provider
Assisting in the recruitment process
Supporting onboarding arrangements for new employees and summer trainees
Preparing and coordinating onboarding materials
Requirements
- Are you the one we are looking for?
- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR some prior experience in HR-related tasks
- Interest in practical, operational HR work
- Good organizational skills
- Fluent Finnish and English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
