This is a hands-on role where your efforts directly support our mission and make a real difference.

Nearshore | Full-time | Shift-based rotation (typically 12-hour shifts)

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Expectations & Deliverables

Operate and maintain specialized drilling equipment, including pipe handling cranes and mud mixing systems.

Support safe and efficient geotechnical data acquisition for client projects.

Assist in lifting operations and equipment maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Mix drilling fluids and ensure proper handling and disposal.
  • Collaborate with team members during in situ testing, sample recovery, and borehole logging.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in reporting operational data.
  • Participate in toolbox talks and contribute to team briefings.
  • What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role
  • Experience working in offshore or field-based environments (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical equipment operation.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in physically demanding conditions.
  • A team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel globally and work offshore for extended periods.
