Your mission

As the OneStream Architect, you are the technical visionary and strategic owner of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) ecosystem. Reporting to the Director, IM Solutions Finance & HR, you will join at a critical juncture as we are implementing OneStream for the initial Financial Planning and Reporting scope.

Your primary mission is to act as the design authority, ensuring that the platform's architecture remains robust and scalable as we plan to expand the scope. You will bridge the gap between complex Finance requirements and IM strategy, ensuring that OneStream serves as a high-performing "single source of truth" for the global enterprise.

Preferred location is Finland (Helsinki, Tampere or Raisio).

Key responsibilitiesArchitectural Governance: Define and maintain the core platform architecture (Cubes, Extensible Dimensionality, and Metadata). You are responsible for the integrity of the system, ensuring all new developments align with long-term scalability

Strategic Roadmap & Backlog: Partner with Finance Stakeholders to translate business needs into a technical roadmap. You will prioritize the platform backlog, balancing new functional requests with technical optimization

Development Oversight: Lead the design and review of complex logic, including Finance Business Rules (VB.Net) and integration workflows. You will set the "Gold Standard" for development to ensure the platform remains maintainable

Data & Integration Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end data lineage from source ERP systems to OneStream. You will define the standards for data mapping, transformation logic, and drill-back capabilities

Compliance & Security Ownership: Own the global security model and ensure
