We are now searching for a
Customer Support Team Lead
to support our team in Didam.
The Customer Support Team Lead is responsible for generating revenue by actively engaging distribution partners and key accounts in both military and civil aerospace and defense markets.
This position combines operational sales activities with the day-to-day management and support of the team, with the aim of efficient execution of commercial processes, strong customer relationships and growth of distribution partners.
Responsibilities
- Actively managing and expanding existing customer relationships (key accounts and distribution partners)
- Actively maintaining and expanding the distribution network (OEMs, resellers, partners)
- Daily management and support of the Customer Support / Sales Support team
- Ensuring a smooth transfer from sales to execution by coordinating with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal) and monitor current orders and projects
- Supporting contract negotiations and recording (NDAs, contracts)
