QA/QC Engineer
About this role
Enersense Engineering is currently looking for QA/QC Engineers for CSA and MEP packages for our client's data centre construction team in Helsinki area, Finland.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Monitor CSA/MEP works on site to ensure work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations
Support and maintain QA/QC procedures for CSA/MEP works throughout the project
Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality documents submitted by subcontractors
Carry out site inspections and audits, identify quality issues and issue NCRs when needed
Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and follow up on corrective actions
Work closely with design teams, engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality matters are resolved efficiently
Ensure materials and workmanship are properly inspected, tested and documented
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, certificates and QA/QC documentation
Support project reporting by updating quality records and tracking progress
Participate in project handover activities, including quality documentation and O&M manuals
Promote quality, safety and compliance across all CSA/MEP works
Requirements
- Relevant Engineering or Construction degree (Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)
- Previous experience as a QA/QC Engineer on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centre, industrial or technology environments
- Good understanding of CSA/MEP construction practices, standards and regulations
- Experience with QA/QC processes, inspections and test plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and technical project environment
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
