We are looking for a PMO Manager in Tax & Legal to join our dynamic Tax Transformation Team!

As a PMO Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and driving complex international client engagements within the Tax Transformation team. You will be responsible for leading PMO delivery across multi‑country programs, ensuring strong governance, structured execution, and effective collaboration between clients, onshore teams, and offshore delivery centers. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help bring clarity, transparency, and consistency to large‑scale transformation initiatives, while continuously improving PMO ways of working and supporting the development of the wider PMO team.

As a PMO Manager, you will

Lead PMO delivery for international, multi‑country engagements, including planning, governance, and reporting

Act as a central coordination point between client stakeholders and KPMG teams across locations and time zones

Own the quality and consistency of project reporting, risk and issue management, and milestone tracking

Contribute to the development of PMO methodologies, templates, and ways of working in line with global standards

Support proposals, scoping, and change management activities where needed

You're a strong candidate if you have

Higher education degree from business or law

Strong experience in PMO or project management roles, preferably in an international or professional services environment

Experience designing, implementing or reporting KPI's

Experience in independently managing and leading assignments

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior counterparts
