Introduction

We are looking for an Application Owner, HR to join our HR & Admin team in Metso IT.

As an Application Owner, HR you will join a multi-functional team to take responsibility for the development and advanced support of HR applications and related interfaces.

You are responsible for our global SAP Successfactors application service, collecting and documenting requirements, perform functional analysis, design, build/test/document solutions as required and perform knowledge transfers to stakeholders. You also plan and participate development projects as well as in SAFe/Agile development processes. You support the HR users and concept owners in troubleshooting in both application and business process issues.

To secure application service delivery, you co-operate with many stakeholders: HR & Admin team members, HR, legal, compliance, privacy and risk management functions, partners and IT teams. You also interact with peers and follow overall applications' development in other companies.

This position is based in Espoo, Finland, with the possibility of hybrid work.
