Our core innovation is a compact, multi-use, patent-pending drone docking station (nest) designed for fleets. While the industry is stuck in one-drone-per-box thinking, we're solving for scalability, efficiency, and real-world deployment at fleet level. We're now looking for a Product Development Manager to take this from prototypes to commercially viable products.
This is a co-founder role with equity (sweat equity) during the bootstrapping phase (i.e. no monthly salary quite yet) located in Finland, EU.

What you'll doTurn PoCs into production-ready, scalable hardware products
Define BOMs, sourcing strategies, and supplier selection
Identify certifications and regulatory requirements (e.g. CE, FCC)
Design manufacturing approach: partners, processes, scalability, and cost optimization
Build cost models, pricing strategies, and margin structures
Identify capability gaps and define required partners or hires
Drive product readiness: reliability, serviceability, documentation, and deployment
Work closely with founders on product-market fit and iteration
What you bringProven experience bringing hardware or deep-tech products to market
Strong understanding of manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chains
Familiarity with compliance and certification processes
Ability to translate prototypes into robust, scalable products
Commercial thinking: you understand cost, pricing, and viability
Builder mindset - you execute, not just plan
