We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our Applied AI team. The role and seniority will be shaped based on your experience, strengths, and interests.

In this role, you'll design and build AI solutions ranging from AI agents and large language models (LLMs) to more traditional machine learning systems. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, applying your software engineering and cloud expertise to deliver scalable and business-driven AI solutions. If you are already a more experienced professional, you may also take ownership of solution design and technical direction.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your expertise with the support of senior specialists, and you'll also become part of Norrin's AI Guild community, where you can deepen your skills and share knowledge with other AI professionals.

Your work may include

Designing and implementing end-to-end AI solutions, with a strong focus on agentic AI (custom agents, RAGs) alongside more traditional ML systems

Building and evolving Azure-based AI foundations that power agentic solutions across use cases (e.g. Azure AI Foundry)

Applying modern software engineering practices (Python, Git, CI/CD)

Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ML systems in production (MLOps)

Designing solutions that balance technical feasibility and business value

Integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and
