Responsibilities

• As a Technical Artist, you will help us set the standard for visual fidelity on Netflix. This is a pivotal role where your technical expertise directly empowers our creative vision, ensuring our games are as high-performing as they are beautiful by functioning as the primary link between Art and Engineering. You will translate ambitious creative goals into robust technical solutions, ensuring our UI and gameplay visuals are seamless and optimized. From developing specialized shaders to crafting immersive visual effects, you will be the person who makes the "impossible" ideas work in-game.
• Key ResponsibilitiesYou will act as a bridge between departments, turning creative concepts into functional systems within Unity.
• You will develop and maintain UI shaders while designing and optimizing particle systems and visual effects that bring our worlds to life.
