Finance Business Partner

To succeed in this role, it is vital to reach the acceptance by your stakeholders as an integral part of their business. At the same time, you represent the finance governance role. An essential prerequisite for this is to understand the processes of a project-oriented operation.

You will join Business Finance Finland

Business Finance delivers business partnering, project controlling and financial project support to all Ramboll's Markets operating in Finland. Furthermore, we support our global setup across countries and work close together with our global setup both in Finance and in the Business.

Majority of our Business Finance team work in our head office in Espoo. You will be part of our international Buildings market team and report to our Business Finance Director for Buildings. Your workplace will be Espoo.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Single Point of contact in Business Finance for Service Line Directors in your area

Proactively challenge and improve commercial decisions through enhanced business advisory, such asContribute to Business Development/Sales, tendering, and commercial pipeline / orderbook

Data driven controlling and benchmarking across business units

Cost controlling and cost management

Ensure correct revenue recognition on projects together with Senior Project Controller

Monitor business performance KPIs including follow-up on working capital management

Ensure Ramboll's Financial Compliance in your area

Drive budgeting and forecasting process and ensure adequacy of Line Management reporting
