The starting pay range for this position per hour is $25.25 - $27.25. The full pay range for this position per hour is $25.25 - $42.95

include the following responsibilities:

Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

Ensures every team member understands, is trained, and consistently

delivers on

Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to

s guidance, lead the execution

daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement,

leader, educate your team on how operational procedures, such as setting up and organizing merchandise, managing product

Help assess reporting to

gaps in GM & Food processes and

assist

to develop

a plan to resolve for your direct leader to review and approve

Be an expert

of

operations, accuracy,

process

and efficiency.

Plan, manage,

assess

and

validate

best practices to

determine

operational

opportunities.

Assign

daily tasks to

team members

based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by your direct leader

& Food

processes

in accordance with

your direct leader’s guidance
