Account Manager - Water, Environment & Consumer Packaged Goods

We are now in an exciting growth phase and are looking for an Account Manager - Water, Environment & CPG to strengthen our market position in Finland. This role combines key account management, solution selling, and customer-centric execution, with a clear ambition to expand our footprint within Consumer Packaged Goods, including breweries, dairies, food production, pharmaceuticals, and personal or consumer chemical manufacturers.
As an Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to end customers, owning the commercial relationship while orchestrating internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
You will work closely with application experts, system integrators, EPCs, and partners, ensuring disciplined execution across complex sales cycles-while always keeping the customer's business goals at the center.
Key Tasks & Areas of ResponsibilityManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within Water & Environment and strategically expand into Consumer Packaged Goods
Own relationships with end customers, from operational teams to senior and C-level stakeholders
Identify, qualify, and drive solution-based opportunities, from early shaping to closing
Lead customer meetings, workshops, needs analyses, and value discussions focused on software, digitalization, automation, and sustainability
Apply a consultative, value-driven sales approach, positioning Schneider Electric's full technology and software portfolio
Develop and execute account plans with clear growth priorities and execution discipline
