Position overview:

The Digital Campaign Manager partners with Digital, Data & Analytics (DD&A) and cross‑functional teams to drive the evolution of our Go‑to‑Market model. The role focuses on planning, orchestrating, and optimizing digital campaigns, products, and solutions that enhance customer experience and business impact.

Acting as both a strategic partner and hands‑on contributor, the Digital Campaign Manager leads end‑to‑end digital initiatives across campaigns, platforms, automation, and innovation - tailoring execution to market and therapeutic needs while ensuring alignment with global standards and local priorities.

What You’ll Do:

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Orchestration

Plan, execute, and optimize end‑to‑end digital and omnichannel campaigns, from brief to performance evaluation.

Co‑create media, channel, and effective reach strategies based on customer insights and business objectives.

Deliver digital experiences across various channels: email, websites, paid media, webinars, and digital & hybrid events, in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Continuously optimize campaigns using CX principles, experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), and performance insights.

Define, monitor, and interpret digital KPIs and translate data into actionable learnings for internal stakeholders.

2. Digital Product Development & Implementation

Plan and manage the delivery of digital solutions, including websites, platforms, applications, and other tools.

Ensure high‑quality UX, content effectiveness, and lifecycle management (launch, optimization, maintenance).

Act as a project manager and business owner, coordinating internal teams, agencies, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with internal standards, global guidance, and local regulations.

3. Automation & AI Enablement

Support and drive marketing automation initiatives (experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud is an advantage, but not a must)

Apply AI and data‑driven tools to optimize targeting, personalization, content, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with global and regional teams to test, scale, and adopt new automation and AI capabilities.

4. Innovation, Learning & External Outlook

Identify and pilot innovative digital solutions informed by external trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Actively contribute to digital upskilling, sharing knowledge and educating stakeholders on digital tools, platforms, and processes.

Support the adoption of global and regional digital solutions, tailoring them to local market needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

University degree (Bachelor’s or higher), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field.

Experience in the digital ecosystem, with level of independence, ownership, and influence varying by seniority.

Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is an advantage but not mandatory.

Digital & Campaign Expertise

Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, channels, and customer engagement strategies, including campaign planning, execution and measurement.

Familiarity with digital platforms and tools such as marketing automation (SFMC), CMS, analytics tools.

Ability to connect business goals, customer experience, and performance data.

Project & Delivery Skills

Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong prioritization and stakeholder alignment.

Experience working with external vendors and internal cross‑functional teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.

Soft Skills & Mindset

Results‑oriented, structured, and detail‑focused.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Curious, innovative, and comfortable navigating change and digital transformation

Genuine interest in healthcare and improving customer and patient experience.

Polish (native or fluent) and Business English proficiency.

DIMAQ or similar certification is an advantage, not a requirement.
