We are looking for a
Sales and Export Coordinator
to join to our Deliveries and invoicing team in Iisalmi, Finland for a permanent position with a hybrid work opportunity. You are part of the Normet Equipment Planning & Fulfillment -deliveries team that is responsible for organizing transportation and needed documentation for equipment and warranty part deliveries from Finland and India to our customers all around the world. You will be working closely with several key interfaces including Normet sales, production, and with customers.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
Selecting and booking best transportation solutions
Handling customer invoicing and creating sales order confirmations
Providing support for sales in commercial, contractual and logistics related questions
Coordination of internal orders and deliveries between Normet factories
Payment milestone follow-up together with corporate treasury
Coordination of bank guarantees, letter of credits, and other financial instruments
To shine in this position, we hope you have:
Previous working experience in exports and from international freight and transport arrangements
Strong knowledge of import / export practicalities
Good knowledge of export trade terms and conditions, trade agreements and commercial/contractual topics of international trade
Understanding of international business and related business subjects
Masters or bachelors degree in engineering or business
Fluent Finnish and English (verbal and written). Other lingual skills are appreciated (e.g. Russian, Spanish)
Team player mindset with strong customer focus, ability, and willingness to take wider ownership
A result-driven attitude, ability to work independently and with a self-driven approach
Experience in enterprise software applications (ERP, CRM, BI solutions, etc.)
