About the Role You will take a key role in strengthening observability and monitoring for business-critical workshop tools in a complex automotive environment. Here, monitoring is not just about dashboards and alerts. It is a central part of how incidents are detected early, investigated efficiently, and routed to the right team. You will work close to both support and development, with real influence over how visibility, reliability, and troubleshooting are improved across the service landscape. This role suits you if you enjoy turning system insight into action and want to help build a more proactive and resilient operating model. Job DescriptionYou will own and improve dashboards, alarms, and monitoring for critical services in the workshop tool landscape. You will drive improvements in observability, alerting, and logging from both a user and operational perspective. You will use monitoring data and system insight to perform initial troubleshooting during incidents. You will support major incident handling and help guide issues to the right development team. You will collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to improve monitoring quality and overall system reliability. You will contribute to Root Cause Analysis and help turn findings into concrete follow-up improvements. You will be part of a scheduled on-call rotation with 24/7 support coverage.
