For our new Trane office in Helsinki we are looking for a person to take the position of Service Coordinator.
Role summary:
Lead and support a team of Service Technicians within assigned jobs across the country. Plan and coordinate daily activities, ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians, and support in achieving operational goals. Provide administrative support to service operations, maintain strong team cooperation, and ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction..
Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate workloads for Service Technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.
- Supervise technical and safety aspects of service work, ensuring timely, high‑quality completion.
- Review service reports, worksheets, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams.
- Lead regular coordination meetings and provide updates on backlog, forecast, and priorities.
- Schedule service jobs, materials, subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of all interventions.
- Prepare work orders, dispatch technicians, and communicate with customers.
- Plan and track preventive maintenance activities according to contracts or operational needs.
- Manage customer orders and documentation in planning systems and Oracle.
- Oversee end‑to‑end procurement processes: issuing POs, ordering parts, receiving goods, and completing transactions.
