We are looking for a Part-time Social Media Moderator to join our team and take responsibility for customer communication and community engagement across our social media channels. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and representing our brand voice.
Responsibilities
- Moderate comments and messages across social media platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Engage in discussions and keep the community active
- Identify customer feedback and relay it to the team
- Handle negative feedback and challenging situations constructively
- Monitor campaign comment sections and participate in discussions
- Track and report social media sentiment to the team
- What we expect from you
- Excellent English language skills
- Previous experience in customer service or social media
- Strong communication skills and good judgment
- Ability to handle negative feedback and challenging situations professionally
- Proactive and responsible working style
- Additional languages are considered a strong advantage, especially: German, Polish, Dutch or Spanish
