About the Role You will take ownership of SCADA service delivery in a production environment where stability, responsiveness, and close collaboration are essential. In this role, you will work at the intersection of operations and IT, helping ensure that critical services support production needs day to day while also moving improvements and changes forward. You will be a key contact for several stakeholders and work across production, maintenance, project teams, and internal IT functions. The role combines operational follow-up with coordination, service governance, and continuous improvement of the Service Manager function. Job DescriptionYou will own the end-to-end delivery of SCADA-related services and help ensure agreed SLA and quality targets are met. You will act as a central point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders, creating clear communication and effective coordination. You will support production requests on existing lines and help drive upgrades and changes together with Production and Maintenance. You will build and maintain collaboration between project managers and other stakeholders involved in the service. You will coordinate and support server-related infrastructure for production units. You will lead service performance reviews, reporting, and follow-up on KPIs and SLA compliance.
