About the Role You will play a key role in keeping change activity structured, controlled, and effective in a fast-paced IT service environment. This role sits at the center of the change lifecycle, where you help make sure changes are well assessed, properly governed, and implemented with the right timing, risk awareness, and stakeholder alignment. You will work across a broad technical landscape spanning cloud, networking, platforms, and applications. That means you need to be comfortable understanding how changes affect different parts of the environment and how dependencies can influence delivery, stability, and business impact. Job DescriptionYou will coordinate the end-to-end change lifecycle, from intake and validation to planning, scheduling, implementation oversight, and post-implementation review. You will assess impact, risk, urgency, and dependencies for each change to support well-informed decisions. You will manage collisions, blackout periods, and scheduling conflicts to help maintain service stability. You will prepare and facilitate CAB meetings, guide discussions, and document decisions clearly. You will make sure changes follow ITIL practices and internal governance standards.
