AI Data Platform & Agent Architect

The opportunity

As an AI Data Platform & Agent Architect, you will help build the data and AI engineering foundations for large-scale clients AI transformations. You will design and deliver modern data platforms, AI‑ready architectures, and agent‑based solutions integrated into real business workflows.

You will work in an environment where AI is thoughtfully embedded to accelerate insight, quality, and delivery, turning prototypes into production‑ready client assets, and shaping how organizations practically and responsibly become AI‑native at scale.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will design and build modern data architectures and AI‑ready data foundations across different industries using latest dataplatforms. Your work will span integration pipelines, data and semantic models, analytics enablers, and AI or agent solutions that support real business outcomes.

You will design and implement agentic organizations and architectures using AI‑native ways of working, ensuring that AI and agents are integrated into end‑to‑end business processes. AI will be used deliberately to support and accelerate development, testing, documentation, and solution delivery. In addition, you will contribute reusable patterns, prompts, templates, and accelerators to strengthen the team’s shared asset base.

Skills and attributes for success

Hands-on experience with one or more modern data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake or similar)

Business acumen with strong data, AI and technology understanding

Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI engineering

Ability to translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and secure data platform designs. Experience delivering AI agent solutions at enterprise scale and working with modern, fast‑paced development practices

Strong interest in agents use in streamlining and improving Data governance practices

Experience of AI Agents in enterprise scale and vibe coding in practice
