About the role We’re looking for a Regional Lead, Ads & Promotions to drive performance across our Central region (a cluster of key European markets). You’ll own how Ads & Promotions perform in your region — from revenue and adoption to execution. This is a high-impact role where you’ll turn strategy into action, scale what works, and help build a consistent, high-performing business across countries. What you’ll be doing Own Ads & Promotions performance across your markets, including revenue, adoption, and key commercial KPIs Translate strategy into execution by aligning local teams, setting clear targets, and driving weekly performance follow-ups Improve how markets sell and scale Ads & Promotions — across both enterprise accounts and SMB / long-tail merchants Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Ops to launch new ad formats, promo tools, and improve adoption of existing solutions Build and roll out playbooks and ways of working that reduce performance gaps across markets Identify growth opportunities and performance issues using data, and take action to improve results Work cross-functionally to drive execution across multiple stakeholders, without direct ownership of all teams 🧠 What we’re looking for
