This is not a “manage from distance” role. You lead from the front.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and push a team of SDRs on outbound pipeline
Stay hands-on: cold calls, messaging, sequences, objections
Build pipeline and drive daily execution
Define territory, accounts, and outbound approach
Spot gaps fast and fix them
Work closely with Head of Sales to scale the team
Set the standard on intensity and output
