Mandatum Asset Management (MAM) is looking for a real estate investment professional to join our Real Estate Investment team in a 12-month fixed-term, project-based role.
This fixed-term position is created to support the team during a temporary capacity need and to strengthen our hands-on execution in growing real estate business areas.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the direct real estate investment team, contributing to real estate portfolio management and transaction-related activities. The role has a strong hands-on and execution-oriented focus, suited for someone who enjoys coordinating processes, solving practical problems, and actively engaging with stakeholders.
- Depending on your experience, you may also be entrusted with portfolio responsibilities.
- This is not a trainee or purely analytical role - we are looking for someone who can step in, take responsibility, and support the team immediately.
- Actively supporting real estate transactions (acquisitions and divestments), including coordination of sales processes
- Data room work, preparation of materials and collection of asset-level information
- Supporting asset and portfolio management activities together with senior team members
- Coordinating with external stakeholders such as property managers, advisors and counterparties
- Dire
