Sales Advisor, On-Call 0h contract

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you create an outstanding customer experience by welcoming customers, guiding them in-store, helping them find what they need, and showcasing products while acting in line with our values.

In this role, you share your fashion and product knowledge to support informed customer choices, collaborate closely with your team to deliver an exceptional customer journey, maintain a well stocked and organized sales floor and back of house, support opening and closing routines, and represent yourself and the brand positively in every customer interaction, and confidently engage with customers in Finnish as the primary working language of the store.
