Job Description

Executive Assistant - Corporate Banking

US Bank’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) is a major division dedicated to serving large corporate clients with tailored banking and financial solutions.

ICG works closely with WCIB (Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking) and PMI (Payments: Merchant and Institutional) to deliver integrated solutions.

As part of our strategic growth plans, ICG is expanding into Europe to strengthen our global corporate banking capabilities.

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the MD for Europe (based in Dublin, Cherrywood Office) as well as this newly established team (based in London). This is a new dynamic part of our European business.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of high level, professional, administrative services and expertise that requires in-depth knowledge of the assigned functional area.
  • Analyzes, interprets and actions inquiries from customers and/or internal clients regarding policies and procedures applicable to the assigned area. Manages workflow and ensures that service expectations are met.
  • Compiles reports for management.
  • Responsible for diary, travel and expense management.
  • Creation of decks and presentations
  • Managing and coordinating administrative activities for the team and maintaining team files and information
  • Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications and PowerPoint in particular
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve problems with minimal guidance
  • Location expectations
  • This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
