YOUR KEY JOB DESCRIPTION

You will become part of a team responsible for the large customers in the corporate business of DNA and the Telenor Group. As a team, we are accountable for hunting and growing Finnish and international private sector enterprise customers. Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving new logo hunting and customer growth for named enterprise customer segment. This role requires a proactive, systematic, and consultative approach to identify and pursue new sales and renewal sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, negotiating and achieving sales targets, for named customers.

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

Identify and generate sales opportunities through networking, proactive prospecting, negotiating and strategic research.

Develop a deep understanding of our services and our customers' strategies and businesses to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Navigate and engage with C-level executives to challenge and influence customers and establish long-term business relationships and secure contracts.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customers' needs are met.

Lead named accounts' sales projects and cross-functional account management team to develop sales strategies and build proposals to customers.

Collaborate, build account management and sales strategies, and lead sales cases with colleagues and teams.
