Fennica Gaming is a B2B company focusing on international offering of real money gaming solutions and services. Our journey has started by providing our eInstant game portfolio including a gaming engine in a GaaS model to nationally licensed operators. Additional game types and services are in preparation.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager for a permanent and full-time employment to lead and grow our channel sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong collaboration between partners and our internal teams. You will be taking the lead on selling away from our Products and Services team, giving them more time to focus on customer deliveries and development work. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent sales acumen and a deep understanding of partner ecosystems.

Main responsibilities include:

Set and achieve sales goals for a portfolio of channel partners, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Identify and onboard new channel sales opportunities to expand market reach.

Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales plan, continuously optimizing performance.

Monitor sales progress in real-time and analyze data to inform decisions.

Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams (e.g., sales support, business development, service delivery).

Lead the development and execution of sales processes, reporting frameworks, and budgeting/forecast
