Responsibilities
- As a Sr. HR Generalist, you will partner with the European employees to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. You will work closely with the Location Services organization to support the entire employee lifecycle by handling processes like onboarding, offboarding, immigration, relocation, compliance, day-to-day employee support, and more. You are responsible for providing an excellent employee experience as they move through different phases of the employee lifecycle.
- In this role, you will:Serve as a frontline HR contact for the employee lifecycle needs across a range of EMEA locations (such as Finland, Germany, the UK, Belarus, and Poland). This includes pre-onboarding, onboarding, employee support throughout employment, and offboarding.
- Work with managers to develop a positive team dynamic and address performance issues.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Lead onboarding initiatives, including conducting onboarding sessions and check-ins with managers during the probation period.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and update and communicate HR policies as needed.
- Support day-to-day department operations like running reports, HRIS updates, and managing ticketing systems and inboxes.
