YOUR KEY JOB DESCRIPTION

You will become part of a team responsible for the large customer acquisition in the corporate business of DNA and the Telenor Group. As a team, we are accountable for acquiring major Finnish and international private sector customers, and through customer understanding, we can create clear added value for new customers. Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition in enterprise customer segment. This role requires a proactive, systematic, and consultative approach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets.

DNA has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Telenor Group since 2020, and the KAM Growth team is taking responsibility for enterprise customer transformation projects across the Nordics.

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, proactive prospecting, and strategic research.

Develop a deep understanding of our services and our customers' strategies and businesses to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Navigate and engage with C-level executives to challenge and influence customers and establish long-term business relationships and secure contracts.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customers' needs are met.

Lead cross-functional sales team to develop sales strategies and build proposals to customers.

Collaborate, build sales strategies, and lead Nordic sales cases with
