As a certified B-Corp, we combine innovation with responsibility – building trust at the heart of every digital exchange.<br>We are entering a key moment as we expand from eSignature to the full Digital Trust chain.</p><h4><strong>About the role</strong></h4><p><span>As GTM &amp; Enablement Manager at Yousign, your mission is to increase revenue productivity by equipping Sales teams with the right content, training, processes, and tools to win consistently across SMB and Mid-Market.</span></p><p><span>You will build a scalable enablement engine covering onboarding and continuous learning. Cross-functional alignment will be key to drive the performance of the sales organization.</span></p><h4><strong>What you will do</strong></h4><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cc458cd8-7fff-8c44-e9a1-b7cd75fabd32">Design &amp; deliver onboarding programs</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Build structured onboarding journeys that get new hires productive fast.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure each program is easy to follow, practical, and scalable.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cc458cd8-7fff-8c44-e9a1-b7cd75fabd32">Create and manage sales content</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and other tools to help Sales win.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep content relevant, accessible, and adopted by the team.</span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cc458cd8-7fff-8c44-e9a1-b7cd75fabd32"><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cc458cd8-7fff-8c44-e9a1-b7cd75fabd32">Drive continuous learning &amp; enablement initiatives</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Launch programs that elevate performance for both SMB and Mid-Market teams.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cc458cd8-7fff-8c44-e9a1-b7cd75fabd32">Lead GTM project management for product launches</strong></span></p><p><span>Coordinate cross-functional actions between Product and Sales to ensure aligned and timely execution.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Define and track KPIs for each launch, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Structure launch plans, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery from planning to go-live.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cc458cd8-7fff-8c44-e9a1-b7cd75fabd32">Collaborate across teams</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Operations to ensure alignment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collect feedback, measure impact, and optimize initiatives continuously.</span></p></li></ul><h4><strong>About you</strong></h4><ul><li><p><span>You are hands-on and strategic in Sales Enablement, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You can create high-impact content (playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks) and also design onboarding journeys and training sessions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You bring rigor to program management - initiatives are well-structured, adopted, and continuously improved.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are comfortable collaborating across functions, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive results.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where you can take
