Meet the team behind this journey We are seeking a Sr Video Producer to oversee all our video productions, whether done in-house or via agencies. This role is equal-parts producer, videographer, editor, and management. To be successful in this role you need to have experience with a wide range of video formats — from commercials to podcasts, from documentary style videos to social. This role will report to the Director, Creative Studio and will collaborate very closely with copy writers, motion graphic artists, and stakeholders across the org. The successful candidate will be key in building out our in-house video capabilities. Your responsibilities Own and drive our video productions from concept to completion across Launch videos, Brand videos, Explainer videos, Podcasts, Social, Webinars, and everything in between Shoot and edit a wide range of social-first video content: unscripted and scripted, using both original and archival footage from our existing footage library Build out our content pool and establish a video/media server to share with agencies, video editors and motion graphic designers Manage the technical and logistical elements of webinars, livestreams, and virtual events, to ensure a polished, professional experience Manage contracts, licensing, tracking of the same, version control and archiving Identify exciting potential video/photo topics for product marketing, field marketing, and social Plan interviews, storyboards, scripts, and potential castings to turn general concepts into highly engaging, sharable pieces for a variety of clients Receive and interpret creative briefs from marketing stakeholders, asking the right questions to clarify objectives, audience, messaging, and deliverables Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external production agencies, freelance crews, and post-production vendors Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and any changes Coordinate cross-functionally with product marketing, brand, communications, and customer teams to align on project goals and secure necessary inputs Oversee productions on set and through post-production, providing feedback and ensuring the final product meets creative and brand standards Manage the review and approval process across internal stakeholders, shepherding projects through feedback rounds efficiently Build and maintain scalable production processes, templates, and vendor rosters as the video program grows Stay current with video production trends, formats, and best practices in the technology and AI space Track metrics and optimise video content on youtube and social accordingly Qualities we look for Minimum of 5-7 years' experience successfully creating high-performing video content across multiple channels, for medium to large B2B SaaS organisations Bachelor degree in videography and/or video production Sound understanding of the latest technology, formats, compression, codecs, etc. Expert understanding of key aspects of videography and photography: composition, light, color grading, storytelling, sound, music, motion graphics Expert knowledge of Video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro as well as AfterEffects 3D Rendering tools like Cinema4D a plus Pro
