We at Clevry are looking for a Software Asset Management / Risk Compliance Lead for our client, based in their Tampere or Espoo office. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31.12.2026, with the possibility of an extension, employed via Clevry. The starting date is as soon as the right candidate is found.

The Software Asset Management / Risk Compliance Lead is responsible for developing and maturing IT Software Asset Management (SAM) and risk compliance practices across the organization. In this role, you will lead SAM strategy, governance, and ways of working, ensuring that software assets are properly identified, controlled, and managed throughout their lifecycle. You will design and implement efficient processes and tools together with IT Procurement, drive automation and continuous improvement, train stakeholders, and ensure transparency, compliance, and optimization of software assets. The role also includes reporting on risks and cost-saving opportunities and supporting software renewal activities.

We will discuss the details of the client company with candidates personally during the first stage of the recruitment process.

Main responsibilities

Main requirements

Strong experience in Software Asset Management

Understanding of IT processes and ITIL / Service Management practices

Experience in process development and project management

Understanding of software licensing management and audits

Strong communication skills in an international environment, fluency in English is required
