About this role
Under Armour is all about performance. We are looking for a driven and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in Helsinki Outlet. This is a full-time position where you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure outstanding store performance, inspire your team, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- As Store Supervisor, you will:
- Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store
- Drive sales and make sure KPIs are met and exceeded
- Coach, motivate, and support the team on the shop floor
- Ensure excellent service and strong brand representation
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and inspiring store environment
- Act as a role model, leading by example in both sales and service

Requirements
- Proven retail/supervisory experience
- Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving results
- Outgoing, social personality and ability to inspire others
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- Experience working in an international company is a plus
