Are you the kind of person who makes growth happen?
We're looking for a hands-on operator to take a central role in growing GoMore in Estonia. This is not a "coordinate and report" role. This is a doer role: you'll be on the frontlines-closing supply, supporting customers, solving problems, building partnerships and pushing the market forward every single day.
If you're fluent in Estonian, based in (or willing to relocate to) Helsinki, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment-read on.
Responsibilities
- 1. Drive Supply Growth (Car Owners)Reach out to leads and convert them into active car owners
- Push through objections and get cars live on the platform
- Identify local growth opportunities and act on them fast
- 2. Deliver High-Quality Customer CareSupport renters and owners with empathy and clarity
- Solve issues fast and take ownership end-to-end
