Step into a role where you shape sales strategy, bring service offerings to customers, and help our customers improve their daily operations.

As our Head of Service Sales Finland, you will lead a team of Services Sales Representatives. Your mission will be to develop a high-performance team, drive collaboration with other sales teams in Schneider Electric, while also managing some key accounts and opportunities yourself.

What You'll Do:Lead the team of Services Sales Representatives and act as a people manager according to our values & leadership code.

Contribute to the development of Schneider Electric's business in Finland as a member of the Country Leadership team and the Nordic Baltic Global service leadership team

Drive sales excellence across account management and pipeline management

Build the strategic growth plan, including both vision and sales execution roadmap for Services in Finland

Convert services leads from the Installed base into business opportunities and drive transformation towards a digital, consultative business approach.

Collaborate closely with other sales, tendering, business support and operations teams in Finland and the Nordic Baltic Zone ensuring a great customer experience throughout the "Service lifecycle"

Contribute to Country Plan for Global Accounts and Targeted Accounts

Manage Service offer pricing based on market insights, value based pricing, and margin development.

What will help you succeed: Commercial mindset with strong drive and interest in technology; able to learn new technologies quickly at a general level

Prior success in achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer partnerships

Solid experience from Energy or IT industry, especially in customer-facing roles and within sales

Ability to build lasting customer relationships at all levels (partners, end users, C-level)

Basic technical understanding from segments such as Cloud & Service Provider, Power & Grid as well as overall knowledge of software, digital
